Terms of service
CREM is a private workspace for Northern California commercial real estate acquisitions, served at https://cremco.pw. Using the application means you accept these terms.
Who may use it
An account is issued to a named person. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under that account.
What the workspace is for
CREM stores properties, listings, underwriting, and a broker pipeline for the account holder. Figures in the application are working notes. They are not an appraisal, a loan commitment, or legal advice.
Gmail
Connecting a mailbox is optional. CREM then reads listing alerts only, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect that access in your Google Account at any time. Mail that CREM imports stays subject to that policy.
The service
The workspace is provided as it runs today. Listings parsed from email can be incomplete or wrong, and the application can be unavailable while it is updated. Access can be revoked by deleting the account.
