Privacy policy

CREM is a private workspace for Northern California commercial real estate acquisitions, served at https://cremco.pw. This policy describes the information the application handles and how to disconnect it.

Account information

Signing in uses a username and password. The password is stored only as a salted hash. A signed session cookie keeps you signed in. That cookie is not used for advertising.

Gmail

If you connect a mailbox, CREM requests read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly). It reads messages in the CREM Alerts label and recent broker listing emails. From those messages it keeps the sender, subject, and the listing facts needed to show a deal: address, city, size, price, broker, and the listing link. It also keeps a copy of the message so the same email is not imported twice.

CREM does not send, delete, or change mail. It does not use Gmail data for advertising, and it does not sell it. Gmail data is not used to train generalized AI models.

When a broker document is missing a property fact, the text of that document may be sent to OpenAI to fill in the missing field. The transfer is only for that extraction.

CREM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnect and deletion

Remove CREM's Gmail access at Google Account permissions. To delete messages CREM has already stored, email creomesy@gmail.com.
